Add services

It's a thought that comes to mind, for sure. Adding Anope/Atheme or whatever more specific services they use to all these fun boxes. If we do this:

• Find out which network-specific services we can setup on which daemons (quakenet's Q service for example, which server would make the most sense with that?).
• Make a way to programmatically sign up for services accounts after setting it all up. Similar to what I was doing with the Rizon Vagrant box maker earlier on.
