Change language of File/Folder picker

Hi, how can i change the language of the Folder/File Picker?

you can include different Locale in App.axaml.

Such as en-US

Thx, with en-US it works, but the language i have to use is german (de-DE). Apparently this is not supported right now. I would like to contribute and open a pull request for german culture support. Right now i don't have permissions to create branches etc.
