A change to Irihi.Ursa.PrismExtension maintenance.

Dear Ursa users,

I would like to share a change to the Irihi.Ursa.PrismExtension maintenance policy.

Since Prism.Avalonia 9 is now under dual license, we have moved the Irihi.Ursa.PrismExtension support for Prism 9+ to another repository. https://github.com/irihitech/Irihi.Ursa.PrismExtension . new package starts from version 9.0.

Support for Prism 8 will still remain here, and still remains MIT license. Please beware of the license change.
