`recoverstate` Was unusably slow with 700 000+ files. Now skipping loop over `filelist` when read state `offset == 0`.
Speeding up recovering state

Looks simple and straightforward. This belongs in the libdali project, which, unfortunately, is still private. But I'll get it integrated upstream and pushed into miniseed2dmc, leaving this open until that's done. Thanks for the optimization, much appreciated! |
