What does other necessary aspects mean? Can we just add a few examples?
At the highest level I always mention two areas in addition to the technical aspect of APIs:
- It's necessary to think about the business level where it's about new channels, exploring new opportunities, and being more open to experimentation and adaptation, and
- It's necessary to think about the organizational level where you want to move faster, reduce dependencies between teams, and provide a platform that helps team to be more effective.
