After compiling the latest version of isce2, an error was encountered when running stripmapApp.py in the conda environment where isce2 was compiled.ImportError: /lib/libgdal.so.30: undefined symbol: GEOSMakeValidWithParams_r

After consulting the relevant information, the conda environment was replaced and re-run, but an error was encountered when reading the data:core dumped:Segmentation Fault.

My attempts to compile with gcc7 and 11 both had this problem.The system I used was ubuntu22.04.
