When I write the command:

iscsictl add discovery-portal 192.168.1.23

Bash send me:

iscsictl: Could not connect to iscsid.

Could help me ?

This sounds like an installation problem which prevents the daemon from running (the daemon is not running, or there is a permissions issue). I don't think I have ever tested the initiator with mac OS 10.7.

Did you follow the instructions to enable development mode for unsigned kext?

See the wiki.... you will need to "sudo nvram boot-args=kext-dev-mode=1"
