Maintaining build for OpenSUSE

Hi just wanted to drop here I am maintaining a build for OpenSUSE on OBS as the previous fellow that was doing so and you have linked in the Install instructions no longer maintains a build of your project and instead swapped it to SierraBreezeEnhanced. I like yours over SierraBreezeEnhanced so I will pick up the mantle haha.

Atm the build is only for Tumbleweed but will also have Leap builds for all the packages in my repo once Leap 16 comes out as will be swapping rest of my household to leap at that point.
