Allow to use horizontal scroll on elements

Hello,

I'm wheeling to scroll the content with my trackpad using the horizontal scroll, and I'm frustrated that I can't.
What could be done is making horizontal scroll work so that user can scroll the carousel without needing to grab and slide.
I'm gonna try to watch for scroll event on the carousel and see if I can manually trigger hit.
