There's a great recent project on accessibility - The Accessibility Project. I think a lot of things can be borrowed/linked to their appropriate docs.

Currently the new branch doesn't address Accessibility directly. The reality is every project is treated slightly differently but best practices imply some degree of handling. We should describe that at a minimum I would argue. What's the due diligence, or responsible degree of work to do?
