Footprint looks good, however:

• Component name does not match file name: Component name should be POT BOURNS TRIMPOT 3224W, currently BOURNS 3224W
• 3D Body should be tan coloured with tin coloured adjustment screw.

I can update the 3D body and attach it here if you need :)

BOURNS 3224W.STEP

• the plastic parts of the model should be rounded with fillets.
• Color should be more tan colored.
• Leads and screw should be tin colored .
• Name Should be like this POT - Bourns- TrimPot 3224W . Note that POT refers to the folder in which the 3d model will be added in, and the rest is the model name. We recommend that contributeres name it on this way to ease the review process.
• Make sure to make the art height maximum. Note the tolerance of 0.25mm in the datasheet.

• I noticed that this is the exact .stp model provided from the manufacture. it is highly recommended not to trust the manufacturer model and always double check the dimensions.

• Height in the PCBLib description is representing the maximum height, which is 5.55mm in this case (5.3+0.25).
• leave the layers name as it is . please don't rename them.
