It's not quite clear what we need to do about multiple languages. It's obvious that the editor will want to have the prompt library in his/her own language (which would need an alternative way of storing the prompts and likely an editing UI in the end), but the problem could extend further to the system prompt and prompt templates, as I have sometimes seen confusion coming from the usage of multiple languages in one prompt. But what if e.g. a German editor (having german prompts?) works on an english site / the english translation of the site?
