Check if refactoring CodeQL Action is possible so that .github/.github/workflows/codeql.yml can be eliminated. At the moment worfklow calls are made like this:

.github/workflow-templates/codeql.yml -> .github/.github/workflows/codeql.yml -> .github/.github/actions/action-codeql/action.yml

also man muss das dann alles so einzeln rüberschieben, ähnlich wie bei maven release,
