Add a remindme command adherent to this Slack's doc.
Comply to naming convention you can see applied in other commands.

Other related commands, such as "remind channel", will be a follow up to this.

AC:
Given I'm a user of any kind
I can use remindme to receive from the bot a direct message with a reminder
