openid/OpenID4VCI#355

we need to keep aligned and give support in impl or improving that proposal where required

@peppelinux This issue is connected to #461 as the mentioned PR aims to close openid/OpenID4VCI#355 which is the topic of this IT Wallet Issue. If you agree, we can merge this with #461, and proceed when the OpenID4VCI draft includes all these breaking changes details.

Thanks @asharif1990, we can definitely move this to 1.0.0 too or mark as duplicated.

When the citizen requests revocation of one of the wallet he/she owns, the wallet provider should use status list for the revocation and also, to notify the revocation in realtime, it should send with PDND the revoked WTE or a ref to it (ex: using status revocation token)
