This is a really minor and "cosmetic" suggestion. Feel free to trash it :-)
In the spid-sp-test IdP metadata, in the Organization block you may set some fake information referring to spid-sp-test in some way. For example, the OrganizationName might be something like "spid-sp-test Esempio Srl" or such. In this way, if a SPID implementation uses those data to list and subsequently let the user choose the IdP in a Service Provider test scenario, it may show some more meaningful information about that spid-sp-test IdP rather than a generic and anonymous "Exempel AB" like it is now.
Or else, you may omit the Organization block as a whole, as does AgID with its own official validator IdP, since it's not strictly necessary for SP validation.

Thank you @mauromol I won't discard your proposal, anyway the major efforts are actually spent to OIDC nowaday and these improvements are not intended to be processed in a real roadmap
