I just noticed that when Tab Utilities is enabled, the behavior of tab dragging is different: the tabs remain fixed until the mouse is released. Normally they arrange as the cursor moves. Tab Mix Plus, on the contrary, doesn't exhibit this behavior. Could anyone explain this? Thanks in advance.
