Is it possible to delete a way or a node in a PBF file (OSM file)?

Hi:

I am using the Class PBFOsmStreamTarget of the OsmSharp API.
This class has methods for adding nodes and ways in the PBF file, but I cannot find the methods to delete them.

How can I delete a way or a node in the PBF file?

Any idea?
