Use smart-filter like to "On next week"
"On next two weeks"
"On next mounth"

And in this window, you can choose Greeting, but this field is not required.

"Title" should be autogenerated by choose date by pattern "Дайджест подій на dd.mm – dd.mm"

When I click "submit", I'd like autoredirect to MailChimp, without "Preview" and "Choose Subscription List"
Use TEST Subscription List as default
