We need deleting old/unused packages

Probably a cron + https://github.com/marketplace/actions/delete-package-versions#delete-oldest-x-number-of-versions-of-a-package-hosted-in-the-same-repo-as-the-workflow

And disable nodemo packages 47e43fc
