I am working with DICOM segmentations (SEG) and would like to view them in your viewer. Could you please provide guidance on how to open and visualize SEG files?

DICOM Seg is directly supported by the dwv library, it can be loaded as any other DICOM. dwv-jqmobile allows you to load them but it will not give you the list of segments, better use the dwv demo viewer.

It seems the viewer found segments (DICOM Seg Segments is a Map with 114 items). Are you sure it is a valid DICOM seg?

Yes, it is a valid DICOM seg. Here is a screenshot of the DICOM seg opened in 3D Slicer. I have also attached the DICOM seg file for reference.

Ok, the data does not provide segment recommended display values and it does not have to since its an optional tag.

I created ivmartel/dwv#1863 to fix it.
