I'm running picom as my desktop compositor, and as crud creates a new window, it draws a shadow which covers the entire screen. Other programs like slop don't have the same problem, so it should be avoidable (maybe a WM hint could solve it?).

Maybe duplicate of #8? After some testing I've confirmed that both are indeed the same problem. I'm closing this one
