problem with "mvn clean install"

hello,
i work in project and i need a cimd simulator
and i found misp-cimdsimulator
but the problem is when i try to use "mvn clean install" i got this error:

and i couldn't find cimdsimulator-0.7-SNAPSHOT-bin.tar.gz at target file

is there any solution for this problem?
