emoji and atomic emoji are very similar, just a couple tweaks for the filter in the latter

there are a ton of repeated patterns, which smells like a class or module is missing.

make a shared module that pullers can use or inherit or include or extend or prepend or whatever is cleanest.

share unicode version and file naming conventions

make atomic emoji puller a "kind of" emoji puller
