@jaapwiering - I've done some researching and I came across a plugin for Figma called 'cssgen'. It generates CSS from styles in Figma.

I think this is a good start to move forward.
Next step is to agree on naming conventions. Is there some kind of naming you prefer for colors, typography etc. that you prefer to use in your sass files? If so, could you upload you framework on our Github repo, so that I can pull from your SASS names for colors, mixins etc.?
