Running locally

to, run:

Install requirements:
- pip install -r requirements.txt (you almost certainly want to do this in a virtualenv).
- cd src; npm install.
Build src, npm run build;
Start, python manage.py runserver
http://127.0.0.1:8000'为后端渲染， http://127.0.0.1:8000/app/ 为前端 app.
