Keyword filter(s)

Add a keyword filter to exclude entries from the timeline. This could be used to hide entries with spoilers, topics you don't want to hear about, or offensive content.

Conversely, it could also be nice to add filters that prioritize certain entries. For example, I might like to make sure I see every post that contains the term 'microsub'. I could create a special channel that would include entries from every other channel that contain that term.
