After installing a call to "portal new" produces next error:
Error connecting to hypercore: The "size" argument must be of type number. Received undefined

portal v1.5.1
npm v10.2.1

There were some breaking changes in Node 18 so you need to use a Node version between Node 12 and Node 16 for portal to work right now
