Can get files processed, but no BWAV files are generated

I got all of the commands set up and they function fine, minus the actual conversion. There's no error message I have an input and output set up. It knows that these are BAR files and says they're processed, but no BWAV files are generated. It says 0 were found but isn't the purpose of this to make those files out of the BAR files? Is there an extra command I need to do to convert them? I don't quite know what I'm doing wrong and the help command isn't giving me any clues. If anyone can offer any guidance that'd be much appreciated.
