For example 3rd party cookies blocked in private mode in chrome, this currently needs to wait for the 10 second timeout and doesn't report an issue with cookies.

Partly addressed to report 3rd party cookies issues when I can detect them, but it doesn't cancel the 10 second wait for a successful sign-in.
