remove redis and use sqlite if possible

need to investigate this, would be better to not rely on redis, but redis has really nice expiring hashes that would work really well to expire keys, but can use something related to session variable data and date-time stamp diffs in php itself to auto-remove messages from sqllite. (sqllite built-in to latest php7x)
