Voice But Faster

This is a fork of Voice made by Paul Woitaschek with minor changes:

Max playback speed increased from 3.5 to 6
Default playback speed set to 3.25
No crash analytics

Known issues that I wont fix

UI doesn't reflect the initial global speed of 3.25
