Simple view of a listing/summary of the found social/appication registrations

#46 introduced just 3 simple links

  • Applications - from Agent Registry
  • Peers - Social Agents from Agent Registry
  • Data - Data Registrations from Data Registries

We don't need separate Access Authorizations list since those are always associated with some registered agent and this seems a more intuitive way of navigating for the user.
