#32 should address the first-contact workflow which uses Access Inbox.

Here we will only need some kind of pending list for cases where Social Agent Registration hasn't been created or some Rejected artifact hasn't been recorded.

For this issue, we can assume that the backend will provide a list of Pending Access Receipts. Each one of them should take the user to add-social-agent screen.
