Cortex.cpp: event trigger to build nightly, beta, stable version

Overview

• Our goal is to set up three release channels for Cortex: Nightly, Beta, and Stable.
• This discussion aims to finalize the trigger events for the above-mentioned channels.

Discussion

Approach proposal:

• Nightly Version: Triggered every night at 8 PM UTC on the dev branch.
• Beta Version: A release candidate on the main branch when new features are shipped, after merging dev into main. The version will be tagged in the format vx.y.z-rc1, vx.y.z-rc2, etc., where x, y, and z are numbers. The Beta version will then be built and published as a pre-release.
• Stable Version: After testing a few release candidates and ensuring everything works as expected, we can tag the version as vx.y.z on the main branch to release a stable version.
