Adding Different Resolution Options with Hardware-Transcode Support

I really like Findroid but i can't really use it, because i'm getting loading problems after i'm a few meters away from the router.

With the normal Jellyfin client, i don't get any of this problems after i turned down the resolution of my video i'm watching and it
would be really nice if we got something like the resolution tab from the original jellyfin app in findroid.

Additional context
I use Findroid outside at most and i can't download that much stuff on my devices, because the störage is limited. And i would really
appreciate it if this feature would be added in the near future.
