Can't open webpage

I can't open the webpage at 192.168.4.1, I always get the error message "Site took too long to respond" or something similar.

The problem could be that the DHCP server does not start. When I print the localIP i get 0.0.0.0. Shouldn't be that way right?

An interesting thing happened when I tried to upload the SPIFFS for the first time with the wrong data size values (I first tried to upload it with 4M SPIFFS storage and that crashed the whole thing), and when reuploading the main program I got some degub info from dhcp server.
