WebUI.IntegrationTest missing in clean architecture template solution for dotnet core 3.1

Hi,

I have recently downloaded clean architectrue template for dotnet core 3.1

What I observed is it is missing WebUI.IntegrationTest project in test folder. while the same is available in blazor branch

@jasontaylordev also demonstrated it in one of his conference talks. (Towards the end)

Is there any specific reason it has been removed from the dotnet 3.1 template.
How I can add it to my existing clean architecture solution.
