It doesn't accept numpy arrays and so numba is out of question.
Any suggestions to improve speed? When you have 100+ feature columns it takes atleast 2 weeks running 24/7

Do you use all of the cores? I leverage my 12 cores, so speed up a bit. Just wonder if Zoofs support GPU implementation? I have GPU but can not connect to Zoofs speed up the optimization.
