Custom Parsing Options

Additional options for parsing inline statblocks would be great.

• statblocks: all inline would parse all statblocks in the file, rather than just the first.
• A setting which is selective on when statblocks are reparsed. I have ~1500 inline statblock notes. This is impacting startup performance, as all statblocks are reparsed when Obsidian is first opened. It would be great to have a setting where statblocks are only reparsed when the note is edited.
