Currently the config class does not have an easy way visualize both the config settings available for choosing, and their current values. E.g. instead of jax.config returning

>>> jax.config
<jax._src.config.Config object at 0x106fcde90>

we could have something both more meaningful for users both for discovering settings and configuring them.
