Add and compile chomp source files #10

Add back in the various CHT files (chomp source files) and compile them.
Convert PBM files (packed MBMPs) to bitmaps to make them simpler to modify.
Reorganize the bitmaps/audio into an assets folder.
Modify the CHT files as necessary.
