So, in the browser with normal midi, you can do this:
output.send([0x90, note_number, v], delay_ms);
What would the equivalent be with JZZ?

You can call port.wait(delay_ms).send([0x90, note_number, v]) or you can use JavaScript's setTimeout(...) function.
