Multiple hierarchies per Dimension.

That would be awesome to have.

Essentially, there's a few parts in the code where I just did .hierarchies[0]:

• here
• (and possibly more)

That, of course, should be corrected and the query parser should accommodate for the fact that a user might be providing a non-default hierarchy in a drilldown or cut.

just want to "bump" this issue per the discussion yesterday regarding Data USA mondrian-rest features. We'd love to support getting the member lists for non-default hierarchies (and eventually, would be great to have them visible in the mondrian-rest-ui)
