Only difference is how it parses the magic number

BSD systems are going to split #!/usr/bin/env condavision python=2.7 into two argument, linux into 1 single argument. also "condavision R"

agnostic branch will let you do: "#!/usr/bin/env condavision=2.7" hmm maybe "#!/usr/bin/env condavision=R"
