Format config for nextTransitVehicleDepartureFormat

I would look to show the next transit departure time. My MagicMirror is in 24h format. But the next departure time is currently shown as 10:24 instead of 22:24. How do I change this?

This is isn't enough for me....

For any transit destinations where showNextVehicleDeparture is true, this dictates how to format the next arrival time.Type: stringDefaults to [next at] h:mm a.
