ASIO4ALL in Windows Support? #16

ASIO drivers aren't currently supported, but it shouldn't be too hard to implement. It's something I've thought about and I'd like to try adding at some point, but there are some weird licensing issues around the ASIO SDK that effectively prevent people from distributing FOSS software that uses it. There are some workarounds; for example Audacity unofficially supports ASIO but only if you build it from source yourself. It will probably be a similar situation here. |

There are still some issues to iron out but I have a working prototype of this on the experimental/asio branch. Placing notes in a DAW gives instant feedback. SDL's resampler isn't the best though and the audio sounds a bit tinny for certain instruments. I need to look at some other options. |

On Windows I get a bit of latency with the recent build using a Minilab 3. Is there a way to get this emulator to use ASIO4ALL audio drivers to improve this?
Thanks,
Enzo
