Dockerization

Hello!

My team has been using your tool, and we're big fans. We've also been working on making a Docker image to be able to deploy the app quickly on a local machine for testing.

Have you put any thought into Dockerizing the app? If we were to open source the Docker image, would be the owner/maintainer of that or would you prefer someone else be the owner/maintainer of the image?

@atb-brown I personally haven't used docker enough to manage personally, but please go ahead and fork or make new repo and place a link back here. I'll update the README to point to your repo if it works.

Also, just as FYI, I need to update the SCH (schematron file) to encompass the May 2022 updates to the C-CDA Companion Guide. Not sure when I'll get to that, but wanted to give you the heads-up.

@jddamore Alright! I've been able to Dockerize it and I have hopes of being able to open source it via my company, so if I get to that point I'll let you know!

Feel free to close this or leave it open if you would prefer to close it after I've got the Docker image out there.
