JavaTimer App and NewBold Timer truncated time

From some reason in heat 25 our timer registered 1st - 4th place, but place, time and speed were not recorded in Derbynet. Looking at the logs it looks like one of the times were sent truncated for lane 3. This one I had to override manually. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed as this was a fluke thing.
