Video compatibility for Android needs updating

This page is outdated, as it does not include informations about different player types in Android application.

I can confirm, that on Android 12, Jellyfin app 2.4.4:

1. the integrated player does support HVEC.
2. the web player does not support HEVC

As i don't know nothing about other Android/app versions that's why I'm creating this issue.
